1. About Jaidee

Jaidee ใจดี ("Jaidee", "we", "us", "our") is a free anonymous mental health support platform available at jaideeglobal.org. Jaidee provides peer support tools, AI-assisted chat, counselor booking, and self-help resources for students across Southeast Asia.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Jaidee
• Users under 18 should have parental or guardian awareness of their use of the platform
• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must not share your account with others
• You must not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• You must provide accurate information during registration

4. Community Guidelines

Jaidee is a safe space. By using the platform you agree not to:

• Bully, harass, threaten, or demean other users
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violent
• Share sexual, explicit, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate other users, counselors, or Jaidee staff
• Share another person's private or identifying information
• Spam, advertise, or promote external products or services
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit vulnerable users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. In serious cases, we may report conduct to relevant authorities.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Jaidee. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

6. AI Chat

Jaidee's AI Listener is designed to provide supportive responses and is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. AI responses should not be taken as clinical advice. In crisis situations, the AI will always direct you to emergency resources.

7. Counselor Sessions

Counselors on Jaidee are independent professionals. Jaidee facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the content of counseling sessions. Counselors are required to adhere to professional ethical standards. If you have concerns about a counselor, please contact support@jaideeglobal.org.

8. Crisis and Safety

Jaidee takes safety seriously. If we detect content suggesting imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, we may:

• Display crisis resources and emergency contacts
• Flag the content for review by our safety team
• In certain circumstances, report to relevant authorities as required by law

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jaidee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that results from using it will meet your expectations. Mental health support outcomes vary by individual.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaidee and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which for most users is $0, as the service is free).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Jaidee after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
